We are currently in search of a Regional Operations Specialist for our NorthWest Region (AK, OR, WA, ID, MT, ND, SD, BC, AB, SK, MB, and portions of NE and MN). Please keep in mind that we are looking for a Road Warrior. Description: The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all active accounts within the assigned region which includes: • Managing training, ride-alongs, and regional spot checks • Maintaining a consistent level of service for all accounts • Managing the region’s costs to meet budget requirements • Ensuring that all accounts adhere to specified guidelines and schedules and that all policies and procedures are followed • Assisting, when necessary, in the maintenance and growth of route sales • Continually developing and maintaining cordial working relationships • Identifying and resolving all issues, concerns, and problems that may arise • Assisting with coverage and training in open territories when needed

• Bachelors degree or equivalent level of experience • 1 – 4 years of merchandising and retail experience • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet • Working knowledge of cell phones and PDAs • Basic math, calculator, writing, and verbal communication skills • Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills EOE
