BowTie Inc. is looking for a talented Internet Content Specialist. Supports different departments by producing aesthetically pleasing and well laid out pages with proper SEO. Responsibilities include managing production calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, searching for images, understanding intellectual property rights, and bridging the gap between design and development. The Content Specialist will work with editorial to develop work flow for daily, weekly and monthly content publishing. This includes but is not limited to the following content: • News and article postings using different content templates in CMS • Advertising sponsorship posting – Logos, click commands and copy to be posted and taken down based on Advertiser’s purchased commitment. • Custom Contests – determine what fields are necessary and what type of contest template should be used. o Create contest winners pages for past contests and prize give aways. • Fun & Games content to be posted and merchandised within the landing page. • New Polls and quizzes • Creation of topic lists to support SEO needs Responsibilities • Read and respond to website eMail • Work with IT to troubleshoot internet posting / display issues • Write business requirements for new site features • Develop wire frames for new site development • Ensure Internet Marketing Integrity is followed for paid placements

• 2+ years experience in website production, content management • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Knowledge of hand coding html is a requirement • Understanding of SEO and priority it holds when creating content pages • Experience with CMS or other publishing applications for content • Highly organized, patient, proactive, self-motivated, and driven • Willing to learn new skills, interact with a variety of people and take on new projects as needed • Working knowledge and understanding of databases and file structures as it applies to supporting dynamic pages • Quick learner regarding website development technological programs and concepts • Knowledge of video editing a plus • Knowledge or experience in flash a plus
