This person acts as the liaison between multiple departments to ensure the quality and accuracy of ads on assigned titles. Primary responsibilities include entering all ads into our system, overseeing that ads are paid for, proofing-reading, and ensuring that the ads are placed correctly during the production process. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining spreadsheets, running reports, posting daily deposits, filing, and other admin duties.

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service experience
- Extremely detail and deadline oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Type 45 WPM
- Basic understanding of accounting procedures
- High School Diploma required and a higher level of education preferred
