BowTie Inc. is looking for a Book Marketing Specialist. Responsible for creating marketing plans for books and implementing marketing initiatives under the direction of marketing management. Works closely with the distribution division and sales teams to ensure they have the appropriate research and collateral support.

• 5 years experience in book publishing/promotion • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/journalism or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Must be very organized with excellent judgment and communication skills. • Can handle varying tasks, under pressure, with accuracy, and attention to detail • Solid knowledge MS Word, MS Outlook, Quark Express, and MS Excel • Proficiency in word-processing and publishing-related computer programs is a definite advantage • Familiarity with the pet industry is a plus, but not required EOE
