Job Responsibilities:

Help Desk Support will be a part time position that will help with the varied functions of the IT department throughout a wide range of user requirements and departmental goals Primary Duties (including, but not limited to): •Hardware Installation and Configuration •Hardware Maintenance and Upgrade •Software Installation and Configuration •Software Update and Maintenance •Troubleshooting hardware and software issues •Network Configuration •User account administration •Data Backup Support •User Management •Automated Process Management •IT Inventory and Asset Control •Help Desk support as needed •Audio/Visual Setup Ancillary Duties: •HTML programming

 
Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: High School or Equivalent Previous exposure to and experience with computer hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting for Apple Macintosh Tiger 10.4, Window XP/2000, MS Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Entourage 2004 Exchange 2003, MS networking, VPN and proprietary tools that support business systems required. Computer hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience required. Working Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 4 hours a day between the business hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, total of 20 hours a week.
